Focal Length: 42.5 mm

I was going through photos that I took back in April and came across this one.
It's an architectural detail from the corner of a temple's roof in Arima Onsen, Kobe, Japan. This guy keeps constant vigil over the building.

I took it months ago and I hadn't yet had much practice in taking photos (and hadn't really read anything yet, either!). Actually, I think this might have been my first time leaving auto-mode, too! I feel as though I've improved a lot since then, but I still liked the shot (even if there are a bunch of things I'd change now).
