Landscape Lakeside fog around sunset

Lakeside fog around sunset · 06:26 AM

We don't really get thick fogs where I'm from, so this was the thickest I've seen. These were taken around 3:30 at night in Finland, so the sun is dipping just below the horizon and starting to come back up. The fog eventually got so thick I couldn't get the shots I wanted anymore

I like these very much, particulary the second one. Very nice job.

Thanks, mate! That's definitely my favourite one too. These were difficult to shoot -- prime candidates for HDR, really, but I decided against it.

wonderful scenic compositions!! that added mist and diminishing light really adds a special flavor..... 3:30 a.m. !!! it'd be great for an insomniac like me... lol...... thanks for sharing, dave m
