Beautiful scenery, the shot could benefit from a little more contrast or sharpening, did you shot it in raw?

I would have opened up the lens to f/8 or f/11. A tiny aperture like f/27 will give you some diffraction effects, regardless of how sharp the lens is overall.

This photo is too dull. Did you take it at or about noon? Try a time when the sun is lower -- or the landscape more interesting, whereby it makes up for flat sunlight.
