In the spring around here there is this so-called "magic blue hour" after sunset. It really doesn't last an hour though.

I'm not feeling the enchantment. This has nothing on magic hour. Perhaps you can crop out the boat.

Edit: I do support your use of film though.

Something must be lost in the translation, so to speak. Around here, this is the magic "blue" hour. What "magic hour" are you referring to?

I just realized that you're the photographer that brought many beautiful photos such as sand dunes and other black and white long exposure treats to this forum. It's a pity, but this one is inferior to most of your previous stuff.

Well, they all can't be winners But it's one of the few color film shot's I've done in a long time.

Edit: Your link is the "golden hour" not to be confused with the "Blue Hour".

I simply assumed that since you're placing the name of the hour into parenthesis, you're making an indirect reference to some other hour that doesn't actually exist. I stand corrected.

tuco, it's interesting to see a photo of yours that is not black and white!
I really like the vivid blue in this shot, I imagine that you have captured the "magic hour" light well. Thanks for posting

Thanks. I shot that as a test roll when Ektar first came out on 120 roll just to see what it was like. I've only shot one roll of it since. I did my own color development but I don't want to do that anymore. So when I find a place that does MF color I may shoot color more often.

Just and FYI, for what it's worth, Kodak's Ektar is my favourite colour film.
