Thank you very much for the comments. I was very delighted to read that the shot was being liked.

About the soft focus; I dont think it has to do with the lens since its after all a SMC fisheye lens which I find really sharp. This is a scan as well, which has affected quality. And to manually focus on the rider to get him really sharp was really difficult.

The tag in the bottom is a scan of my signature which i use as a tag for my photos.

I actually enjoy the shadow in the pool... creates a ying/yang effect.

Man, this shot takes me back to 1985 and summer days spent envying the "pros" of the day in Thrasher or TWS. I think just about every photo was taken with a fisheye. The effect it provides just fits that sport so perfectly.
