Everything is new to me
Lens: 55-300mm Camera: Pentax K10D Photo Location: Andenes, Norway ISO: 400 Shutter Speed: 1/150s Aperture: F5.6

Hi there Pentaxians.
I`m trying to learn how to take portraits of my daughter in a different, more artistic way. More like the ones I see hanging on kafè`s and such.
So this way I try new things, such as creative adjustments in Lightroom 2, like here where I only left the pink colour in the photo.
What to you guys feel about this?

Tommy.

( Oh and by the way, the exif isn`t correct, but the nearest I got using the numbers available in the boxes )
The correct is
1/320 sec shutter
f/5.6
ISO 320
and 135mm focal length

Very creative and well done- but it would have been nice to see more of the face. Apart from that, I think you're definitely off to a great start.

Thanks, Adam, that means a lot to me :ugh:

Yeah, I should`ve had more shots with her face exposed and also not have her hand being cut by the composition..

Must remember that for shots in the future!

Thanks Dave M
Yeah I can imagine time goes by even faster with kids... It seems so at least, my daughter is just one year old, but I remember her birth like it was today!

The most wonderful thing on Earth...

Thanks a lot for commenting
