Pretty sure you've captured a Hover Fly looking at the colours and markings. Only C&C I can make is it is slight out of focus but other than that a good photo.

I think that's a variety of Hoverfly too, was going to try and look it up and found out...my book's not with me...

But wait, I'm online so...here's a Wiki and of you scroll down toward the bottom right there's a poster with 16 varieties, this one is one of them. Almost looks like you copied and pasted the same picture...OK just kidding...hehe
