Guys

could you give me some feedback about this photo......im playing around with a few things and would love to hear what you do / dont like with this one

Not bad mate.
The rendition from the 50-135 is very nice.
The background's busy and distracting, but the decent use of off-camera flash brings some life into the kid portrait. It may be a little harsh, but she's turned her head in the right direction for it. Perhaps if she were placed on the right 1/3 of the frame, it would be better composed to accommodate for the gaze.
Good job with that one.

Great shot of a bonny girl, just watch your backgrounds, make sure they add to the picture not subtract from it.
