This little lens arrived from England yesterday - this shot is just out the back of my place in Canberra along a cycle path.

Man, you are brining back memories. That was tha second lens I got for my SV - in 1966!!!

I still got it, it still works, but it is in pretty ugly shape. Enjoy it, if I recall it is a very sharp lens.

I love using these old lenses - to me it puts more fun into photography than letting the camera make most of the decisions. It's nice to get a prime near "normal" field of view as well. This particular copy is in wonderful shape and should serve me well for many years to come.
