female cardinal... making a pass at me?!
Lens: sigma 70-200mm f2.8 non macro Camera: k-x Photo Location: backyard ISO: 800 Aperture: F8
Posted By: dcmsox2004, 07-26-2010, 06:06 PM

Just acquired this lens from a great forum member, kevin, and had a chance to play with it today... how good a lens could this really be... hmmmm.... i was about 20 feet from this lovely lass... the shot was about 20% of the original shot... no sharpening applied... just minor light management... i'm very happy so far.....

Oh this isn't fair. I've been trying for 2 years to get a decent Cardinal shot with nothing but red smudges for my efforts.

Nice shot.

Excellent pics, you must be proud.
I do see a bit of noise in a select areas, but its the kind we wished we had anyways!
