if not for the shadow it casts, it would be just another ordinary rain-drop, among the myriads of drops after the rain, tis morning.... you always need something/somebody to perk you up, cannot do it alone lah. agree?

I'd give this 6 out of 5 if I could- and if that obvious post-processing blooper on the left wasn't apparent.

Apart from that- fantastic shot in all respects. The rounded curvatures and the strong green make it...simply fascinating!

dave, thanks. for this shot, it was just like any other shot, shoot at whatever that catches the eyes.... later, this shot pops out from the rest...
i think, 'creativity' is in the joy of experimenting and the inkling to sense that eureka moment.

adam, thanks. yap, the touch-up on the left is a let-down which obviously could not escape the master's eyes.

here's the original without the 'blooper'- i just could not stand that little distraction on the left.... though the spirit is willing, this limited pp skill of mine failed unashamely.

keep working on the edit. I like the direction you are taking the shot and you'll get the hang of it.
