Before purchasing my W90 I queried Pentax about the magnification ratios that I couldn't find published anywhere, and after some difficulty communicating exactly what I was asking for, the consultant evidently queried a technician and after a wait, provided the following: Macro mode is 1:3, Supermacro is 1:1 and "Digital Microscope" mode is "far greater than life size!" So I still don't know exactly how much it magnifies in that mode, but I can see that it is quite a bit greater than 1:1!
