Modelling meetup Toronto Agu 7
Posted By: danielchtong, 08-08-2010, 07:56 AM

I was in the Toronto modelling industry meetup Aug 7 which was an opportunity of models meeting photographers. I am just an amateur and I do not even have a business card to give when asked by budding hot models. The images are self explanatory as to who was crowned the top. The spot lighting was very erratic and white balance was off majority of the time when 20 people were firing up their flash the same time

But who cares as I was mingling amongst lot and lot of photogenic subjects. Another fellow in this forum (or photo.net) Peter would love to attend

Fighting good shooting spot is not my forte and all the above were done with long lens.

Very nice and clear shots! I can't help but notice the noise in the backgrounds, though. Since the photos them self look fine, I don't think removing that through PP would be hard at all.

Thanks. I maxed out all the lighting I could find. The white balance was off majority of the time as almost 20-30 people were shooting with flash (a lot of digicam) plus the ever changing/rotating spot lights. Refer to the last image
