Three Waterfront Pics
Lens: DA 55-300 Camera: K20D Photo Location: Galveston Bay ISO: 200

Three shots - taken as we motored in the Kemah Channel last week.

Silhouette of a day marker for which a gull has claimed ownership. The tall building in the background is a high-rise of condos - the topmost of which was priced at 3.6 million bucks. Four of these buildings were planned for the area, but the economy tanking has postponed that:

Really like the second- perhaps that tower is worth photographing alone!

Thanks. Yeah the tower would be a good subject - it's probably easier to get good shots from land than from the water - I drive over and see what I can do some time.

Man, I was thinking you'd probably want something better than this; I wouldn't want you slummin' it.

To be honest, I don't know if that top floor was ever sold - if so, it may have gone for considerably less . . . . . still way, way over my head and then some.
