Fire Hydrant

Mhh… Maybe rotate it a bit more? You know, when there is a tilt of a half degree or so it's a flaw, but when it's several degrees it has to be intentional

Hmmm... I used the parking line as a reference, and when I put a sheet of paper on my screen, the parking line is level (as far as I can tell). Maybe the fire hydrant is coming out of the ground crooked....

Ok... so I a edited the pic again, this time using the rim of the hydrant as a point of reference. Now the hydrant is level, but the parking line is not. Assuming the hydrant is coming out of the ground straight, what would cause the parking lines to not be level? Thanks.
