I recently bought the above mentioned lens from Roy and thought I would post a few pictures that I took using it. Everything is manual, and it takes a little getting use to, but it is a nice piece of glass.

I don't know if it is just my monitor but they all look a little flat in the colour department. I dl'd each one and made some minor improvements in Photoshop CS2 and they look much more vibrant. I just increased the saturation a tad and tweaked the contrast and balance. Like I said - maybe it is just me. *shrug*

J Scott, Same here as well. The lens looks like it delivers on the sharpness end but the clours are dull looking to me as well. If they were shot in Jpeg then I'd suggest playing with the saturation or EV settings (or both) when using this lens. My experience is that any of these M class lenses need a bit of a learning curve and once you find the balance they perform well. Of course as you did, the camera can be left alone and everything can be adjusted in PP but pictures with highlights may have some blown out areas that can't be fixed.
That's my 2 cents, don't spend it all in one place!
