Nice shots. I'm surprised that there are some Pirate fans who actually look happy. I'm a baseball junkie and diehard Braves fan. I know the Pirates aren't having a great year. BTW, don't know if you have heard, but McClouth is now on one of the Braves AAA teams.

I like the little girl face in the third photo. Seems like the 55-300 was great for the occasion!

Very nice tack sharp pics Dave.After looking at your pics I did a little researching on pictures taken with the DA 55-300mm along with the reviews associated with it and now I'm seriously considering purchasing one.I really the the sharpness and contrast that it produces and it's a lot cheaper than the sigma 50-500mm lens that I had been thinking about for a long while.---charliezap
