Thank you Jim. The 800ISO was due to the very overcast wheather... And no, most of the time I shoot Av, probably 95% of the time (unless I am shooting M-lenses...)

Perfect shot of the "scientist". I've seen the same look on my fellow chemists as a result attracted their curiosity and interest.
