This image was taken at Los Angeles County Museum of Art (LACMA), California as part of an engagement session. I used a Pentax K20D camera and a Pentax SMC DA* Series 16-50mm f/2.8 ED AL IF SDM lens, exposing the sensor for 1/6 second at f/3.5, ISO 200 to capture the subject in front 200 vintage Southern California (REAL) street lamps I used Lightroom 2 and Adobe Photoshop CS3 for final editing. I like the idea a lot, but I think that the edges are a bit crudely cropped, and that the hot lighting is just a little exaggerated.

Thanks Adam! I will add a few more images from the engagement session in the next few days. I'd love to hear more feedbacks from you.

Good idea here.
It's a unique capture with an interesting composition.
Too hot for my liking, and overly processed causing the colour fringing, halo effect on the subjects and cyanotic transformations over the pillar shadow areas, so this could possibly be worked around (if from RAW) with a decrease in exposure, dodging of the subjects and a decent crop as mentioned above.
Nice one.

This is another image that was taken at Los Angeles County Museum of Art (LACMA), California as part of an engagement session. I used a Pentax K20D camera and a Pentax SMC P DA Fisheye lens, focal length at 13mm, exposing the sensor for 1/15 second at f/4, ISO 400 to capture the subject in the middle of 200 vintage Southern California (REAL) street lamps. No Flash.

This is another image that was taken across the street of Los Angeles County Museum of Art (LACMA), California as part of an engagement session. I used a Pentax K20D camera and Pentax SMC DA* Series 16-50mm f/2.8 SDM lens, focal length at 21mm exposing the sensor for 1/90 second at f/3.5, ISO 200 to capture the couple subject in front of a graffiti wall. No Flash.

I used Lightroom 2 and Adobe Photoshop CS3 for final editing.

Enjoy the images! Feedbacks are always welcome!
