Landscape South Chilcotin Mountain Park

Formerly known as the Spruce Lake Protected Area, it appears that this other-worldly landscape is finally going to be protected.

Knowing a cold front was moving in that would likely put an end to this season's wildflowers, I started hiking at 5:30 in order to make the alpine in time for some morning light. Most of these are panoramas of 3-5 images.

Thanks guys - I'm usually mountain biking up here, this was the first time I brought the real camera with the intention of taking pictures. One of my favorite places!
