Mama spider?

My assumption: The red things are eggs and she is she spinning a nest around one of the eggs. The beige cocoon in the background is a finished cocoon, after the silk has dried. This is pure speculation. Does anyone know what's going on here? I don't know what kind of spider this is. It was very small and hidden in a crack, tough to photograph.

You've done a great job with the photo (even though it's a bit over-sharpened)! I'm not exactly sure what the spider is doing, but your speculation sounds like it's on the right track!
