Nice to see these as I was preparing my own waterfall series, coincidentally with the same camera and (some) lens. Out of interest, did you use an ND? Where is Harrison Lake?

The second is my fave, with the different water and rock textures.

No ND just the CP and yes Harrison. Foorget the name of the falls. It was really low today. JIM

I like the third image for its strong composition and crispness. The rocks are good visual resting points as the water guides the eye through the whole image. Excellent image.

I love the rock textures, too, and the third is my favorite. And that narrow finger of falling water is somehow very appealing.

Thanks Tamia. I have so many more to process. Even went as high as a 1000 ISO on a few. Not too bad. Will post a few later. JIM

I guess it was overcast when you were shooting, Jim? I look forward to seeing your others.

Yes. I find that the best time to shoot waterfalls where the lighting is a little dark. More to come. JIM

I agree and recently did the same. It makes it easy to get those nice long exposures without any filters. My series is now uploaded as Torc Waterfall. Check it out!

The second shot is really outstanding, in my eyes. The other two are just shots, ordinary in a way. The second one however is really good.
