The first is probably over-processed, still playing with new toy and quite like combinations of effects.

Don't have a macro lens so am a few feet back zooming in, shots are also either handheld or using a cheap monpod as I can't afford a tripod at this time.

I really like the composition and the idea behind in the processing in the first, but I think it's too how. Should be darkened a bit here and there.
