Nice capture of the bee, but the shot as a whole doesn't work for me. Too soft and the leaf in the foreground is in the way of the rest.

I agree with Adam unfortunately, well captured but the out of focus leaf is drawing attention from the bee. I do like the specks of pollen on its wing, however, and the green and black background is a nice element.
