My Remodel Job
Lens: Tamron 17-50 2.8 Camera: K-7 Photo Location: Port St. Joe Beach, Fl.

The last 2 weeks I been remodeling the upstairs of my beach rental I let people use when they visit, but it only had 1 bedroom and 2 1/2 baths. It did have a studio upstairs but you had to use a pull-down stairs in the bedroom to access it.
I did everything myself except for the carpet and vinyl tile in the bath.
I also did the spiral stairs.

Downstairs How it looks with the new stairs.

Wow- beautiful place, but why's the upstairs so narrow?

It was a last thought when they were building the house, I saw the long open area in the trusses and ask if they could close it in to make my mother a studio (since she is a artist). And the builder said it wouldn't cost too much to do it. The total for the property and building the house was 400k (2004) and now it's not worth 250k. I love the banking system......*$%$&^*^
