nice image... I love the toning and so but I find the bokeh bit too harsh

Excellent. The bokeh is dramatic, but does not detract.

I would like to see another with the child looking at you - of course, life does not always accommodate our wishes.

This is really nice not just from an artistic/photographic viewpoint, but from a photojournalism view as well. It causes questions to be asked. I wonder what they are doing and where. Is there a purpose to their activity or are they just being children and playing.

Very nice, the similar wispy hair really adds to it for me.
Would like to see a version without the colour cast too.

Thank you all for the comments. I took this shot while I was waiting in ATM queue, these kids were playing at Metro construction site next to an ATM. Wish I could have taken more shots from different angle but was in hurry and especially do not wanted to leave that queue
