"No Parking [something] for bicycles and [something]"

OK ... I cheated ... I saved the image and blew it up ... it's written in English on it ... could be in Engrish though. I love checking out some of the Japanese signs and reading the translation of them ... quite amusing.

Lovely use of foreground bokeh. I like the super-high contrast, too.
