infrared landscapes
Lens: Pentax DA50-200 Camera: K7D Photo Location: Massachusetts ISO: 100 Shutter Speed: >6s

Some infrared from Saturday morning...

1. adjusted the white balance for this one, converted to b&w, then played with the color:


2. Left the white balance at "daylight" I think... I liked how the colors turned out so I left them.


3. Same with this one...

Very cool! I think that the first shot is the best, as the colors truly resemble those of an IR photo. The others are also nice, but don't have much to do with IR, I don't think.

couldn't take my eyes off the 1st composition.... great rendition..... dave m

Actually, Adam, those are all IR photographs, taken with a Hoya R72 filter on. It does let in a little of the red spectrum in, but it is mostly IR captured.
