What comments would you be after here?
It's a snapshot under ordinary lighting conditions, with focus off the subject (appears to be fixed on the background building) and little in the way of interesting matter to evoke emotion.

Not to put a damper on it, but it is underexposed and tilted. Still, I'd fix it up and keep it.
