Good pose, good setting, but why the head smack bang right in the middle of the frame?

Ash- I have another shot off centered but liked this one better, I think it flows better with the lines.

Love the separation that the Sigma 30 gives from the background too.

Yes, I too like the choice of DoF and convergence of the lines in the image, though what I was getting at was getting more of the body in the frame, to place the head more on the top third of the image. This to me gives more focus on the subject, whilst keeping the ambience of the background less of a feature, but complementing the portrait.
