A picture I took to illustrate an article I wrote on powerful handguns. This is the Smith & Wesson Model 29 .44 magnum - with an 8 3/8" barrel, it's designed for hunting big game with a handgun. It was a challenge to get the whole gun in focus with this quartering shot, and make it look like the revolver was suspended in mid-air.

Having just watched Dirty Harry last night I am having flashbacks looking at "the most powerful handgun in the world and would blow your head...clean off"
