Another finals series and we (Lions) are packing our boots away.....but at least we got a bit closer this year.....

I'm talking about our great game of Australian Rules Football, the minor or home & away season has finished and the top 8 teams now play off the Priemership Cup.

Last night we played the top team, Geelong, who were just way too good, but in the background was the River Fire spectacle, here are a few shots.

What a shocking season it was, my AFL team (Melbourne) didn't even start and my WAFL team (West Perth) lost 4 games this year after being in front at 3/4 time by 5- 10 goals then missing out on the top four by one game.

Oh well not a good year for the red & blue.
