This was taken very far away with my Pentax 50-135mm f/2.8 , used more then 100% crop

Doesn't look bad at all- the IQ here is actually quite good!

at first i didnt like the fluttered hand, but then after looking at it for a while i liked it because it gave movement to the photo.

great contrast on this photo.

not to be rude but a little photoshop smudge tool would help this photo a lot.
