It seems very, very sharp at this size and it looks like you nailed the exposure. I love how the light on some of the tips of petals is really bright.

This shot just doesn't stick out whatsoever. Bad exposure, bad subject. If you had a horde of these guys in one frame, it would probabaly be a nice shot from THIS distance, but when you're dealing with one or two small flowers, I would say get as close as you possibly can and fill that frame up!
