Looks like a lovely place to chill out. My favourite is the first picture since I love the crispness of the bench against the background. I would do two things: straighten the horizon and crop out the pile of wood in the left.

Good points. I should've gotten a shot of the "pile of wood". It's actually a tree stump rounded on the top and painted like an octopus.

Your friend has a very beautiful property.
Nice captures, though I'm not a fan of the colour casting.

It was drizzling and cold. I tried to go for that mood with the processing. I'm still learning with PP, and more or less trial and error it. I've been reading up on it quite a bit, and can't wait to get some more lens time to play around in Lightroom.
