The FishEye looking up at the halfpipe is an awesome shot.
What a great series here ... have captured the moment and action well.

Shots #3 and #4 are great as well.

Well Done.

Very nice shots! I shoot a lot of park photos and need this lens asap. That park looks very fun to skate. I ride BMX and I'm drooling over it.

yea man i used to ride bmx too but i was never that good and when my last bike broke i stopped investing in it haha but this park is usually full of bmxers my bro only skates and we left early so i could shoot them before the park got insanely crowded hehe and yes if you can get the 10-17 its so fun to use....now i just need a speedlite haha

Very nice shots, and I did not see your elbow in any of them (or did you crop it out :-) My left elbow shows up sometimes at 10mm so I have to consciously think about keeping it out of the way...

How is the purple fringing (PF)?

I heard the purple fringing (PF) is bad according to the PhotoZone.DE review. Anyone run into it?

I'm thinking of buying the DA 10-17mm Fisheye f/3.5-4.5 to complement my DA 16-45mm f/4. I almost bought a Sigma DC EX 10-20mm f/4-5.6 instead, but the DA 10-17 FE is almost half the price US after rebate.

I really love the DA 16-45, and virtually never put on my Zenitar 16mm Fisheye f/2.8 anymore. So I'd like to go much wider, and the DA 10-17 FE seems like the ticket to do that, more than I can get with the Sigma 10-20 (much less what the Zenitar is giving me, let alone metering isn't perfect with it).

So, is the PF a PITA? Or is it minimal for most of you, and nothing like the PhotoZone.DE review?
