two statues, for amusement
Lens: Sigma 17-70 Camera: K20D Photo Location: England & Scotland

These are just for fun. I've no idea why either statue has been treated as seen. The angel was in a museum; Wellington was in Scotland.

As to pranksters:
1) The museum with the angel statue is connected t a college, but it's hard to believe museum staff would leave the statue displayed in this condition if it were the result of a prank.
2) For the Wellington statue, I don't know if there's a school nearby.
30 As to bars or taverns nearby, without looking, I'd say the probability is high. Thery're hard to avoid in most urban settings.

The Duke looks rather jaunty, don't you think?
