The Grass Tastes Greener
Lens: TAMRON AF70-300mm F/4-5.6 LD MACRO Camera: Pentax Kx Photo Location: Texas ISO: 200 Shutter Speed: 1/45s Aperture: F5.6

We just got a new pup a week ago and I have been trying to learn to shoot her, but I have to admit, shooting a dog can be a very difficult task, not to mention a puppy. Luckily on this one I caught her relaxing in the shaded grass.

There is a little PP done, I am still learning how to correct images in Lightroom so please forgive an noticeable CA.

We have a chihuahua with similar coloring.

I note your shutter speed (1/45) is pretty low for a longer lens (70-300), I wouldn't be afraid of increasing ISO in conditions like this, especially with a K-x--you have it at 200, I'd think 800 would help.

Well it was actually 1/50s :P

Thanks for the advice. I had it on Aperture Priority Mode and that is what it had selected I THOUGHT I had it on auto ISO, but I guess I hadn't switched it yet.
