300mm 5.6 @F11 (or maybe F8) w/ AF540 off ceiling with catchlight. Mag is 1:3.3


With 2x Flat Field Converter; somewhere between F16 and F22. Mag is 1:1.85


For comparison, this is with my old "macro" setup - Pentax-A 28-80mm @F8 and a moderate crop. Mag was about 1:5

If you're observant, you'll note that the dime in front is marked 2010. It is October. I'll be repeating this (hopefully with better results) on the 10th. Maybe at 10am. If I'm awake.
