Wonderful shot, I like the subdued tones and the atmospheric perspective in this one.
And the placement of the person, in the lower centre is very effective.

The only comment I could have is that the tussocs of grass in the foreground appear as
darker dots, and they are a little distracting. Just clone them out, and you have a winner, imo!

I love this! The angled lines of the edges of fog point toward the walker, who almost appears to be materializing from the atmosphere. Very appealing colors and mood. Well done.

The words that comes to mind are "atmospheric" and "mysterious." An image that provokes thought.

A beautifully mysterious shot. A lot of space going on, but very intentional- my eyes are easily drawn to your subject and the matter.

Thats a fantastic shot, really simple, yet so moody and effective. I agree about cloning out the small tufts of grass i think they are, other than that it is perfect!

would you mind elaborating a little? Was this shot in fog at dusk/dawn? Or are there other effects going on in the background?

Thanks! The shot was in a fog in the afternoon.. No effects just a little tweak on the white balance.
