In the Pouring Rain (6 pix)

I love shooting in the rain, and with the weather we've been having, I've gotten a lot of practice. An umbrella makes shooting in the pouring rain easier.

Rainflower This is an individualistic sunflower. It's a volunteer which began growing after the official end of the growing season, and it faces north.

Trio Drops I wish I could have composed this better, but the tangle of branches wouldn't allow me to find the best angle, unfortunately. The droplets lenses were too good to pass up, though.

Loving the set- I wish fall would come to California sooner.

#2 has a great perspective on it, and I love the sharpness of the leaves directly in front.
#4 nice shot of the droplets, but the branch (is it?) in the upper left hand corner is a little distracting, crop maybe?
#5 is my favorite.

Nice series Tamia.
I have to agree with Rense, that second picture is stunning.

Hey, thanks everyone! I must admit that the second photo is my favorite, too. I had to get on my belly with my legs hanging over the cliff to get it, and ice water was dripping onto my back
