Sports Early Winter Season Surf in Hawaii

Early Winter Season Surf in Hawaii · 02:33 PM

There was an early winter season swell at Ehukai Beach, Hawaii. This is on the North Shore of Oahu and is also known as the Banzai Pipeline. I was only able to get out and capture the last bits of it at 5 - 10 ft.

All photos taken with a Pentax K7 in TaV mode coupled with a Sigma 300mm f2.8 and a Pentax 1.7X AFTC.

Very cool, thanks for sharing these photos. I miss surfing the north shore. I'm landlocked now and my board just collects dust.
