Always enjoy viewing your photos, Jim. Really like the third one here. So much detail on the bird I feel like I should just reach out and pet the little guy.

IO have so many from here to process Jer. Will post a few more tomorrow. First snow of the year. This is up at a placed called Whisler / Pemberton. About a two hour drive from my home. Went with my nephews. Will post of picture of the three of us soon too. More to come, JIM

No crop on my 70-200. Hand held, manual focus. Got lucky. These birds were not shy at all. Missed a wood pecker. Could not get me lens on fast enough. Cheers JIM

That first one is nice, there is a lot of detail in it.

Nice images Jim, the first one looks almost eerie and the third one is a nice image of a Gray Kingbird. Thanks for posting them.

Thanks Henrich. This is really early in the morning on the first shot and it was a beautiful location. We even came back to shoot here the next day. JIM

Jim... I think the appropriate word for the first photo is "haunting." It has a very eerie look about it. Well done.

I will post a few more when the sun came out. Changes the whole look. The first one was shot at 7:00AM. I shot maybe 100 images at this location. Still processing Mike. JIM
