As much as I do not really like Pentax's Slogan - those pictures fit to a Tee

In case you don't know : for your precious moments

Excellent moments to capture - a boy and his dog shot with a Pentax and Pentax Corporate colours - the RED really sticks out - as does the second image.

These three shots add up to far more than together than their sum taken individually. From the smile of the boy's face in the beginning to his grimace at the end, with the dog licking it's lips, a great capture.

I forget what it's called when you put three pictures in a row next to each other to tell a story, but these would make an excellent show of it! I'd frame them all together!

I think they're great!

I love these pictures, they have such a happy feeling to them. If I were to offer any suggestions, I would say a fill flash would help out a little to get rid of the shadows on the boys face, but for moments like this you need to grab them when they happen!

Well done!

Chris you're absolutely correct - I failed to look at them as a collection - a triptych is what you're thinking?

Carol, wouldn't using a flash in this instance not have made the moment (3 images) impossible?

Thank you all for your nice comments. I loved the triptych idea and have been wanting to try a tutorial I found awhile ago ....and since the president was babbling on and on....

Here is the tutorial if you are interested. It's VERY clear and simple!

Yeah!!! a triptych!!! that's what I meant. Named and implemented!
Tough one to search for only remembering the first part!!

and digitally framed! the red borders look great!

Great series and very well taken. They look happy together and gave me a smile as well. That's what it's all about. What more can I say?

Coleen,

A wonderful series and the post processing is very well done. I have a suggestion you might want to consider. I think it would be worth looking at moving the picture on the left side to the far right side of the triptych. The closer crop of the current left side image would seem to make a more natural ending to the series progression if it was on the right side.
