Thank you, the whole wall is paneling, so every couple inches there is another seam in the design

I think you should try to be a bit more creative with the lighting. Like maybe a snotted flash?? try some different angles and see what kind of effect you get. I think if you have something that made the buttons i have a deep shadowed that would make them look taller and more powerful would made a neat picture.

But they're only .22 magnums, making them look taller wouldn't make them meaner

As for lighting, since I converted to pentax I sold all my lighting (430ex+cactus v4 triggers).

If you are looking for a flash of course the AF-540FGZ from pentax is a pretty second to none strobe. Pretty powerful too ... she can throw out a LOT of light. If you are using any non-pentax glass it might underexpose in P-TTL mode. Pentax is pretty good in the wireless flash department... something fun to experiment with.

Nic, it was the ensuing politically charged "debate" which had little if anything to do with the technical or artistic aspects of your photo. I only changed the thread title to decrease the political tone that still remained after deleting the off-topic posts. No harm done for anyone involved. Just remember that certain subjects/titles invite political debate which, per site rules, must be confined to the Politics and Religion forum.
