Heads up...
Lens: DFA100WR Camera: K5 Photo Location: Singapore ISO: 400 Shutter Speed: 1/180s Aperture: F8

Got the new K5 camera a week ago, took it out for a spin again today for some macros. Not a very rewarding trip, just a few small bugs:

Thanks guys for the comments Now I need to find the flash diffuser which I bought a few months ago (but lost somewhere in the house while we moved to this new place 1.5 months ago)

Is that first one a moth? It looks menacing and not please to be photographed.

To Rory, I don't know if it's a moth or not. That thing is very tiny, probably less than 5mm across. It's hidden below a leaf, not so easy to focus. I had to use one hand to lift the leaf, the other hold the camera and fire away at the closest distance. Lucky the focus seemed to be okay. BTW, the photo was rotated by 180 degree. Its original angle was like up side down, not as interesting

I especially like that first ant photo. You might have zeroed in on just the head + antennae of the moth, then it wouldn't be so obviously a dead specimen.
