Very nice. Please post more pix with this lens and let us know how you find it. I have been looking at it, thinking about purchasing one.

It's a good lens considering the price , great reach but because of the fact that it's a 400mm and f/5.6 , you need to shoot in good sunny weather conditions to be safe in regards to speed and aperture without having to go too high in ISO.

Here you will find some pictures i just made in bad weather conditions , i often pushed the ISO to 3200 to get at least 1/200s at 400mm , i have a Pentax k-x therefore the results are very good , i would say that this lens would be perfect combined with the new K-5 which seems to have excellent high ISO performance.
At the same time you can compare the difference in reach 120mm-250mm-300mm and 400mm

Looking at these shots I should use mine a bit more. The shots are razor sharp and the lighting and colour excellent.
