hehe, these are cool. Very nicely done. The title drew me right in, and misled me in just the right way!

"Photos fixed" means they were completely cut out, like in a true editor with something like a selection tool, vs. severly underexposed? A lot of people believe in the photograph. I believe in the image, so either way, I love 'em.

btw, looks like you have a dust-speck in both. It's just behind the boy's head, but in the other frame, too. Easily enough removed via "blemish removeal tool" in Paint Shop Pro, but you might want to blow off your sensor (probably don't want to use "canned air"). Take a look here, for a thorough rundown of how to go about it.

I think that site gives a clear, unbiased view of how to remove dust from your sensor. I use an arctic butterfly sensor brush, when my rocket blower doesn't clear the dust, but that link covers all the options.

I meant I fixed the links to them... one of them wasn't showing up. Sorry to confuse ya.. fixed the title!

All I did in PP was "i'm feelin' lucky" in Picasa and turned up a shadow just a little.

Thank you for the dust removal advice... guess I need to get a blower... darn dust!!

The moon in the first shot just that extra little something to the shot i think.

The second one, maybe could have had a TINY bit more cropping on the left side? There's the black marking along the left edge, in line with the heel of the subject's back foot that's distracting.

Thank you for your suggestions... I completely agree...

I also agree the moon in the 1st shot really adds something... I could clone it and add it to the other, but I guess that would be cheating
