Here are a few of my favorite pics at the Zoo.

I went in early spring so it was still pretty cool and the animals were quite shy. The zoo had just opened for the season and visitors were few and far between.

This is a big cat at rest in the sun

Here are some very orange looking pink flamingos, I think they want to be traffic cones when they grow up

A rather inquisitive wolf was quite curious about us...

the lok on the wolfs face is great he looks grump and like what are you doing pointing that thing at me haha rp

Nice shots. Perhaps would have been tempted to go a little closer with the big cat picture though I know it just depends on what lens you have on at the time. Great expression on the wolf. What lens were you using?

The big cat was shot with the pentax DA 50-200 @ 80mm if my memory is any good

Would you have gotten closer to frame the face more?

Hi Pat, personally yes I'd have been tempted to go in a bit closer to capture a bit more "expression" on the cat, but this is all personal/subjective.
