Cloud Formation
Lens: 16-50 Camera: K20 Photo Location: Palm Springs ISO: 100 Shutter Speed: 1/125s Aperture: F8

Ok, I has a lot of interest in a recent B&W I posted from my trip to Palm Springs last week. I mentioned I had a few more showing the different cloud formation over a very short period. These were all taken in less the 2 minutes. There a a lot of wind at the top of the mountian. I got a few shots from up on the top which I will post later. Cheers JIM

Impressive clouds Jim.
I like the last 2 best, because you still can some detail in the mountains.

WOW, these are super, Jim. B&W really suits this subject, but I bet the sky was a beautiful shade of blue.

that's really nice, kind of scene that calls for a time lapse sequence

Tamia, here is one of the colored version and you were right about the bue sky. A dark bark sky, against strong white clouds, csan improve the look at a B&W. JIM

Thank you. I was trying diffeent processing to add some darkest to some of the images as the tops were too bright on some of the shots. I wanted to just highlight the top of the image on a couple. JIM
